Step up your power infrastructure with the H59 3 Phase Step Up Power Transformer, engineered to convert low voltage (415V) into high voltage (11kV) efficiently and safely. Designed for modern industrial and utility-scale operations, this oil-immersed transformer offers robust insulation, stable performance under varying environmental conditions, and long service life.

What is a Step-Up transformador and Why Choose One?

A step-up transformer increases voltage from a lower to a higher level—critical for power transmission over long distances. The H59 3 phase transformer transforms 415V to 11kV, minimizing energy loss in the transmission process. It is ideal for grid interfacing, renewable energy systems, manufacturing plants, and rural distribution networks.

    Product Construction

    Iron Core:
The core is constructed from cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability. Losses are minimized through careful lamination and clamping techniques.

    Windings:
Multi-layered cylindrical copper windings provide uniform ampere-turn distribution and high short-circuit resistance. The windings are vacuum-dried and oil-impregnated for superior insulation.

    Oil Tank:
Made from welded steel with corrugated panels that allow for thermal expansion without a conservator tank. This design improves heat dissipation and reduces overall transformer height.

    Preguntas más frecuentes (FAQ)

Q1: What is the core advantage of using a step-up transformer in a distribution network?
A: A step-up transformer increases voltage, reducing current and thus minimizing I²R losses during long-distance transmission.

Q2: Can the H59 transformer operate in coastal or humid areas?
A: Yes, it features sealed oil-immersed construction with high moisture resistance and anti-corrosion protection.

Q3: How is this transformer maintained?
A: Minimal maintenance is needed. Routine inspections of oil level, temperature, and insulation resistance ensure optimal performance.
